Convobix Quick Start Guide
Welcome to Convobix! Follow this 3-step guide to create your AI support agent, train it on your documentation, and embed it on your website in under 5 minutes.
1. Create Your Agent & Upload Knowledge Base
Navigate to your Convobix Dashboard, click Create Agent, and paste your website URL or upload PDF files containing product FAQs, return policies, and pricing charts.
2. Embed the Script Tag
Copy your unique widget code snippet and paste it right before the closing </body> tag on your website:
