No. Joining is free and you do not need a paid plan to be a partner.
When can I withdraw?
Each commission becomes available 30 days after the customer’s payment, to cover refunds. You then request a payout from your dashboard.
What if a customer is refunded?
The commission on a refunded or charged-back payment is reversed.
