Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms govern participation in the convobix Partner Program ("Program"). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Use.

Eligibility

To participate in the Program you must: have an active convobix account; comply with all applicable laws; maintain a legitimate business with a verifiable online presence; and not be a direct competitor of convobix.

Commission Structure

Partners earn a 20% recurring commission on all paid subscriptions referred through their unique referral link, for the lifetime of the referred customer's subscription. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Payment Terms

Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer or PayPal. A minimum payout threshold of $50 applies. Commissions are calculated 30 days after the referred customer's payment clears to account for refunds and chargebacks.

Marketing Guidelines

Partners may not: use misleading advertising; bid on convobix branded keywords without written permission; make false claims about the Service; or represent themselves as employees or agents of convobix. All marketing materials must clearly identify the partner relationship.

Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program with 30 days' written notice. convobix may immediately terminate for material breach. Upon termination, earned commissions for completed referrals will be paid on the next payment cycle.
