Billing, delivery & refunds
Which currency will I be charged in?
Customers in Pakistan are billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Customers everywhere else are billed in US Dollars (USD). The pricing page detects your location and shows the currency that applies to you. The currency shown at checkout is the currency you are charged in.
How and when is my subscription delivered?
Convobix is a software service delivered entirely online — there is no physical shipment. Your account is activated immediately once payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. Login details and a receipt are emailed to the address used at signup. If your account has not activated within 24 hours, contact support@convobix.com and we will resolve it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can evaluate Convobix before paying anything. After that, refund eligibility and timelines are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings — no phone call or notice period required. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. You can also email support@convobix.com and we will cancel it for you.
Does Convobix process payments or hold my money?
No. Convobix is B2B sales-automation software. We are not a payment processor, payment gateway, payment facilitator or money services business, and we never hold, transfer, or take custody of funds. Where the assistant shares a checkout link with your buyer, that link is created on your own connected Stripe account, card details are entered only on Stripe-hosted pages, and your buyer pays you directly. Our own subscription fees are collected by our authorised payment partners.
How is my data handled?
We explain exactly what we collect, how long we keep it, and who processes it in our Privacy Policy. Your knowledge base content is used only to power your own assistant and is never sold or shared with other customers.
