convobix respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Overview
If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. We will investigate all legitimate notices and remove or disable access to infringing content where appropriate.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
To file a DMCA notice, send a written notice to copyright@convobix.io containing: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the infringing material and its location; your contact information; a statement of good faith belief; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@convobix.io. A valid counter-notice must include: identification of the removed content; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake; your consent to jurisdiction; and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
