This policy describes how convobix complies with the European Union's Digital Services Act (DSA) Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.
Overview
convobix provides software tools for businesses to deploy AI-powered customer service agents. We are classified as an intermediary service provider under the DSA. This policy describes our content moderation practices and how to report illegal content.
Reporting Illegal Content
To report content that you believe is illegal under EU law, please contact dsa@convobix.io with details of the content, the legal basis for your report, and your contact information. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and take action within the timeframe required by the DSA.
Trusted Flaggers
convobix will prioritise notices from entities designated as trusted flaggers under Article 22 of the DSA. To apply for trusted flagger status, contact dsa@convobix.io.
Transparency
We publish transparency reports annually covering: number of orders received from EU authorities; notices received under Article 16; content moderation actions taken; and use of automated content moderation tools. Our latest transparency report is available at convobix.io/transparency.
