International Data Transfer
convobix is a global service. When you use convobix, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your home country. This page explains how we ensure your data is protected during international transfers.
Overview
Our primary data infrastructure is located in the United States. However, to provide a fast and reliable service globally, we may process data in multiple regions. All transfers are governed by appropriate legal mechanisms.
Transfer Mechanisms
For transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States or other third countries, we rely on: EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs); the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA); or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
Processing Regions
Customer data may be processed in the following regions: United States (primary), European Union (optional for EU customers), and Singapore (Asia-Pacific). Enterprise customers may request data residency in a specific region.
Your Rights
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe your data transfer rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us at privacy@convobix.io to obtain copies of applicable transfer mechanisms.
