This policy describes how convobix handles data related to the Text Shortcuts feature, which allows agents to define short codes that expand into full message templates during live chats.

Overview

Text Shortcuts are pre-defined message templates stored in your convobix account. They are accessible only to team members with appropriate permissions and are used to speed up human agent responses during live handoff sessions.

Data Collected

We store the shortcut key (e.g., "/refund"), the expanded text, and metadata including who created the shortcut and when it was last modified. This data is stored within your tenant's data scope and is not accessible to other customers.

How We Use This Data

Text Shortcut data is used solely to provide the feature functionality. It is not used for AI model training, analytics aggregation, or shared with third parties. You can export or delete all shortcuts at any time from your account settings.
